Your privacy is fundamental to Mística Palm. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use our services and access our site at https://mistica-palm.com/.
1. Information We Collect
To enable secure access to and use of the platform, we collect the minimum necessary information, mainly through the social login mechanism. When you choose to authenticate using your Google Account, we request access only to the basic identification scopes (openid, email, profile). We receive and store: full name (used to personalise your experience and interface within the platform); email address (used as the main identifier of your account, for essential transactional communications and access recovery); public profile photo (used for display in your account avatar within the application); unique user identifier (Google ID, a code provided by Google to keep your session linked and secure). Note: we do not have access to your Google password or to any other data not expressly authorised at the time of login (such as contacts, Google Drive files or browsing history).
1.2. Automatically Collected Data
While browsing the site, routine technical information may be recorded automatically: IP address and approximate location; browser type, operating system and device model; pages visited, time spent and records of technical errors.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
The data collected is processed on the following legal bases (in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law - Law No. 13.709/2018 - LGPD): performance of contract and provision of services: to authenticate your identity, create your registration and allow use of the platform's resources. Security and integrity: to prevent fraud, mitigate unauthorised access and monitor the stability of the application. Essential communication: to send administrative notices, confirmations of actions on the account or changes to these terms. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Sharing of Information
Your data is shared exclusively in the following scenarios: Infrastructure and Service Providers: server hosting services, databases and authentication tools (such as Google Identity Services itself) strictly necessary to keep the application online and functional. Legal Obligations: in the case of compliance with judicial or regulatory orders, or formal requests from competent authorities.
4. Storage and Security
We adopt technical and administrative security standards to protect your data against unauthorised access, destruction, loss or alteration: all traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted via the HTTPS/SSL protocol. Access to internal data is restricted to operational needs for maintaining the infrastructure. Data will be kept active while your account exists on the platform or as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
5. Your Rights (LGPD)
You have full control over your information. At any time, you may: confirm the existence of processing and request access to your data; request correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; request permanent deletion of your account and of all associated data stored on our servers; withdraw consent for the processing of data.
6. How to Revoke Direct Access via Google
If you decide to disconnect the link between your Google Account and our platform, you can do so directly in Google's own security settings: go to the Google Account Permissions page; find Mística Palm in the list of third-party apps with access to the account; click on the application and select Remove access.
