Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Services Offered

The platform provides online tools, content and interactive and informational features, operated by the company registered under CNPJ no. 54.388.612/0001-22. Access to certain features may require creating a user account or subscribing to specific plans, as detailed on the service pages.

2. Registration, Access and Authentication

To use restricted areas or personalised resources, the user must authenticate on the platform. Authentication via Google: access is primarily carried out through social authentication (OAuth) provided by Google. When you log in, you authorise the receipt of basic registration data (name, email and account identifier) to create your profile. Responsibility for the Account: the user is solely responsible for keeping the credentials of their associated Google account confidential. Any activity carried out through your connected account is entirely your responsibility. Legal Capacity: use of the platform is intended for individuals with full legal capacity (aged 18 or over, or emancipated, under applicable law).

3. Rules of Conduct and Acceptable Use

By using the platform, you expressly agree to: not use the services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or purposes that violate the rights of the platform or of third parties. Not attempt to circumvent, test vulnerabilities, decompile, reverse engineer or overload the site's technical infrastructure and servers. Not employ robots, scrapers, crawlers or automated tools to extract data from the platform without prior written authorisation. Not share abusive, offensive or defamatory content, or content that violates current legislation. Failure to comply with these rules authorises the platform to suspend or terminate the user's access unilaterally, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements present on the platform — including, without limitation, source code, algorithms, visual interfaces, logos, trademarks, texts, graphics, illustrations and content made available — are the exclusive property of Mística Palm or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws. The provision of the service grants the user only a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal and non-commercial use of the resources made available; any reproduction, distribution or resale without express authorisation is prohibited.

5. Informational Nature and Limitation of Liability

Nature of the Content: the reports, analyses, calculations and interactive content generated by the platform are intended strictly for reflective, cultural, entertainment and self-knowledge purposes. No information provided by the application constitutes professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. System Availability: we make reasonable efforts to keep the platform continuously online, but we do not guarantee that operation will be uninterrupted or free of technical errors. The platform may undergo scheduled maintenance or instabilities arising from factors beyond our reasonable control. Limitation: under no circumstances will the platform, its maintainers or developers be held liable for indirect or incidental damages or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Account Closure and Deletion

At the user's initiative: you may close your account and revoke the access permissions granted to Google at any time, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. At the platform's initiative: we reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that breach these Terms, violate current legislation or remain inactive for prolonged periods, with or without prior notice.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the platform, in legislation or in operational requirements. The date of the most recent version will always appear at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. To settle any disputes arising from this document, the parties elect the courts of the district of the platform owner's domicile, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be.

10. Purchase, Refund and Credit Consumption Policy

10.1. Right of Withdrawal (Brazilian Consumer Code, Art. 49): users who purchase credit packages on the platform may request a full refund of the amounts paid within a non-extendable period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase.

10.2. Rule on Use and Immediate Consumption: the refund is strictly conditional on the credits purchased not having been used. Once the user applies their credits to unlock, generate or consult any reading, report or analysis on the platform, the digital service is considered consumed and fully enjoyed instantly. Because the personalised content generated is delivered immediately, no cancellation, withdrawal or return of credits already used is possible.

10.3. Technical Processing Failures: should credits be deducted due to proven technical instability of the system without the analysis being duly delivered, the user must contact support within 1 week via misticapalm@gmail.com to have the credit balance restored or a chargeback assessed.

10.4. Request Procedure: to request cancellation of unused credits within the legal period, send a message to misticapalm@gmail.com with the payment receipt and the email registered to the account.
